Responsibilities

• Manage the full credit control and debtors function.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure payments are received within terms.
• Liaise with customers regarding balances and payment arrangements.
• Resolve account queries, discrepancies and payment issues.
• Monitor overdue accounts and minimise outstanding debt.
• Maintain accurate debtor records and provide updates to the finance team.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve queries and support debt collection.
