Job summary

impact.com is seeking a growth-focused professional to drive Creator Communities, recruit top creators, manage campaigns, and optimize performance. You will partner with brands to design and scale creator programs, ensuring compliance, quality content, and strong client satisfaction.

With 4–6+ years in affiliate/creator marketing or community management, you will leverage data-driven insights, manage negotiations, and collaborate across sales, product, and marketing to deliver measurable growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4–6+ years in Affiliate/Creator Marketing or Community Management.
• Strong knowledge of creator lifecycle: budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, fulfillment oversight, drafting, reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to motivate diverse creators and clients.
• Data-driven with metrics to actionable insights; growth mindset.
• Familiarity with impact.com or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: develop performance-led creator recruitment and engagement strategies.
• Recruitment & Campaign Execution: lead creator recruitment and oversee campaign casting and reporting.
• Client & Creator Management: manage communications, negotiations, orders, and content approvals.
• Performance & Optimization: monitor timelines, budgets, and campaign metrics; identify upsell opportunities.
• Internal Collaboration: align creator/affiliate strategies with cross-functional teams.
