Job summary

impact.com in Cape Town is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Creator Solutions team. You will manage creator programs and campaigns across fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more, owning the campaign execution cycle for a select group of clients.

Collaborate with Leads and Managers to recruit creators, review content, and ensure brand guidelines and FTC compliance. You will work with domestic and global teams to ensure seamless execution while driving growth for partner

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Marketing, or Community Management.
• Foundational knowledge of creator and affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relationship-driven approach and ability to work across diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Basic proficiency in Google Slides, Sheets & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Operations & Fulfillment: support full cycle from casting to final reporting.
• Organize external and internal documents for campaign rollout.
• Assist in creating creator briefs based on brand guidelines and FTC compliance.
• Review creator content for briefs and ensure accuracy and final approvals.
• Communicate content edits with creators and verify live content reflects approvals.
• Assist with recruitment and data-driven recommendations for creators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
