Job summary

Absa is seeking a Senior Coverage Banker to lead strategic relationships with state‑owned enterprises, municipalities, provincial governments, public utilities and sovereign institutions in South Africa. You will deliver infrastructure, funding and treasury solutions aligned to public sector objectives and manage senior client engagements.

The role requires deep knowledge of public sector governance and municipal finance, with a proven track record in corporate or investment banking.

• Proven experience in corporate/investment banking with a track record delivering revenue growth.
