Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a senior finance professional to lead end-to-end costing for a mine in South Africa. The role focuses on Life of Mine costing, long-term planning, and critical evaluation of operational cost models to protect margins and capital allocation.

You will drive budgeting, forecast accuracy and CAPEX oversight while mentoring the costing team and partnering with senior operations and financial leaders.

Qualifications

• BCom or relevant bachelor’s degree is essential.
• 8–10 years of finance and costing experience.
• Mining industry experience is essential.
• Strong Life of Mine costing experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
• Sage experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the mine’s end-to-end costing and cost control environment.
• Drive Life of Mine (LOM) costing and long-term cost planning.
• Develop, maintain and critically evaluate operational costing models.
