Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate law, securities law, and financial regulations.
• Oversee and manage corporate governance, including board resolutions, AGM and statutory filings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial services regulations and legislation.
• Manage and advise on risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Conduct legal due diligence for new business initiatives and potential investments.
