Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong understanding of South African legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
