• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 8+ years post-qualification experience in corporate law.

• Strong understanding of South African company law and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and provide strategic advice.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Previous experience in the agricultural or manufacturing sectors would be advantageous.
