About the Role

This position is integral to providing high-level legal counsel to businesses across various sectors. You will handle complex corporate transactions, advise on regulatory compliance, and manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. This role requires a strong presence in the office to foster client relationships and team collaboration, offering direct engagement with the business community.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide array of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents, such as sale agreements, shareholder agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Conduct due diligence investigations for corporate transactions and provide comprehensive reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant corporate legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Manage client relationships, providing proactive legal advice and strategic counsel.
