Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in Finance required.
• CA(SA) or CFA advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years in corporate finance, investment banking, or advisory.
• Strong track record in modeling, valuation, M&A, and capital raising.

Responsabilités

• Lead the corporate finance function, including planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and advise senior management.
• Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
• Oversee capital structure optimization and debt financing activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors and institutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Prepare financial models and valuation analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting and working capital.
