Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or catering coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event planning software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate catering events from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Develop detailed event proposals including menus, timelines, budgets and staffing.
• Liaise with corporate clients to understand needs and provide expert advice.
• Collaborate with culinary team to finalize menus and dietary requirements.
• Coordinate with on-site staff for setup, service and breakdown.
• Manage event logistics such as venue coordination, equipment rental, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate client records and event documentation.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during planning or execution.
• Contribute to service improvement via post-event reviews.
