Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in construction site management on large projects.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation and practices on construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, tradespeople, and site personnel to achieve milestones.
• Develop and implement comprehensive site safety plans, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks for a safe working environment.
• Manage procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and labor to the site.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and safety logs.
• Liaise with Project Manager, engineers, architects, and clients to resolve site issues.
• Ensure high quality and contractual compliance across work performed.
• Manage site logistics, security, and waste disposal.
