Collaboration with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel will drive milestones. The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of construction processes, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and documents.
• Relevant trade qualification or degree in construction management or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project schedules and site management plans.
• Supervise and direct all construction activities, ensuring adherence to blueprints and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labor for efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards on site.
