Qualifications

• Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role.
• Professional registration (e.g., PrEng, PMP) is highly desirable.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects; familiarity with SA regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-value construction projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and timely completion.
• Lead and mentor project management teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on project sites.
• Manage contract administration, including negotiation with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
