You will monitor regulatory changes, perform risk assessments, develop training, and ensure AML/KYC compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in compliance and strong SA regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of SA financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance program.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on the organization.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities.
