This role operates on a hybrid basis, allowing for a flexible work arrangement combining office presence with remote work. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies within the banking and finance sector. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to staff on compliance matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and a keen eye for detail.
