Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, or a legal role within financial services is required.
• Solid knowledge of SA financial regulations (FAIS, FICA, POPIA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance program.
• Monitor adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments across departments.
• Investigate breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver compliance training to employees.
• Advise management on compliance-related matters.

Education
