The ideal candidate has deep SA regulatory knowledge (FAIS, FICA, POPIA) and a proven track record in a corporate setting, with strong analytical, investigative, and training skills to guide employees and interact with regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in compliance or risk in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of SA regulations: FAIS, FICA, POPIA.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Experience with compliance management software is advantageous.
