Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management within the financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of South African financial regulations (e.g., FAIS Act, FICA, POPIA, Companies Act).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks and policies.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CCO, CAMS) are advantageous.
