Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years progressive experience in community outreach or development, preferably non-profit.
• Proven ability to build and maintain diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic outreach plans.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive community outreach strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with local community groups, businesses, government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person community events, workshops, and information sessions.
