Placements24 is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join a fully remote team servicing a wide range of commercial assets. You will analyze market data, perform site inspections, and prepare objective valuation reports for financing and portfolio needs.

The role emphasizes precision, integrity, and expert industry knowledge. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of CRE appraisal experience, professional designation (CCIM/MRICS/SACAP), and strong skills in Argus, CoStar, and MS

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.
• Ability to value a diverse range of commercial properties.
• Strong understanding of appraisal theory, techniques and economic principles.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise, CoStar and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work remotely with integrity.

Responsabilités

• Conduct appraisals of commercial properties in Randburg and surrounding areas.
• Analyze market conditions and comps to determine accurate values.
• Prepare USPAP/RICS-compliant appraisal reports.
• Perform site inspections to assess property condition and potential.
• Communicate findings with clients, lenders and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on appraisal regulations and market trends.
• Develop relationships with brokers and developers.
• Review third‑party appraisals for quality assurance.
• Mentor junior appraisers and contribute to team development.
