The ideal candidate has 4+ years’ experience, a valid real estate license and a proven track record closing deals. Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or broker.
- Proven track record of successful commercial property transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Randburg and wider Gauteng commercial property market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong network of contacts within the commercial real estate industry.
- Valid real estate license and ethical practices.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.
- Market and lease commercial properties, including office spaces, retail units, and industrial sites.
- Conduct property tours, present proposals, and negotiate lease or sale agreements.
- Perform market analysis and provide clients with expert advice on commercial property values and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients.
- Ensure all transactions are handled professionally and in compliance with industry regulations.
