Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Commercial Contracts Manager based in Mossel Bay to oversee the full contract lifecycle across the organization. You will draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, NDAs, and procurement contracts, while developing templates to drive consistency and efficiency.

You'll partner with legal, finance, and business units to manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize terms. A law degree and 5+ years in contract management are required.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent with contract law focus.
• 5+ years in commercial contract management or related legal field.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts.
