Qualifications

- Proven track record drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of South African contract law and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and amend various commercial contracts, including leases, supply agreements, and client contracts.
- Advise business stakeholders on contractual risks, obligations, and best practices in contract management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to contractual agreements.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, from initiation and negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their contractual needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Maintain organized and accurate contract records and databases.
