Qualifications
- Admitted attorney with 5+ years in commercial law.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience.
- Solid knowledge of IP and data privacy regulations.
- Experience advising on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including service and supply contracts.
- Provide legal advice on commercial law, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct due diligence for commercial transactions and assess risk.
- Assist business development with legal aspects of new ventures and market expansion.
- Manage commercial disputes and coordinate with external counsel.
- Monitor legislative changes and advise on implications for the business.
