Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and proactive Legal Advisor specializing in commercial contracts to join their Centurion office. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, providing clear legal input to internal stakeholders on terms, obligations and risks.

The role requires a minimum of five years as an admitted attorney, deep knowledge of contract principles and consumer protection laws, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a Centurion-based office.

Formación

• Admitted attorney with at least 5 years focusing on commercial contract law.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contractual documentation.
• Strong understanding of contract principles and consumer protection laws.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial contracts.
• Provide clear legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual terms and risks.
• Ensure contracts align with policies, legal requirements and objectives.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and record-keeping.
• Identify and advise on potential legal risks in contracts.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and other departments to facilitate processing.
