• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 5+ years post-qualification experience in commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• In-house or corporate law firm background with strong contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial contracts.
• Advise internal stakeholders on terms, risks, and compliance.
• Ensure contracts align with company policies and legislation.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal.
• Collaborate with BD, procurement, and sales to meet contractual needs.
• Support tender processes and bid submissions.
• Develop contract management templates and best practices.
• Stay informed about laws affecting commercial transactions in Gauteng and SA.
