Job summary

CDW in Cape Town seeks a Senior Collections Analyst to manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts within the Sales Ledger, drive cash collection, minimise bad debt risk, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

You will resolve disputes, manage overdue accounts, support daily Collections operations, and collaborate with Sales and other departments to improve processes and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience of Credit Control processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving team environment.
• Ability to communicate with key stakeholders.
• Competent IT skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer accounts within credit limits and ageing profile.
• Ensure payments are processed to terms.
• Attend meetings with sales and other departments to minimise disputes.
• Record contact with customers and manage disputed invoices.
• Assist with onboarding of new customers and training.
