Placements24 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Cloud Infrastructure for a fully remote role. You will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud environments across AWS/Azure/GCP, employing IaC and robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure performance and security.

With 5+ years of experience, you will lead infrastructure across distributed systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive cloud strategy in a remote-first setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering focusing on cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise with AWS/Azure/GCP and related services.
• Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash) and IaC tools.
• Strong knowledge of containers and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructures across providers.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure security, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud workloads.
• Troubleshoot complex production infrastructure issues.
