Job summary

WatersEdge Solutions seeks a Senior Application Support Engineer (Client Platform) to own installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting of a client-facing desktop platform in enterprise environments. You will diagnose issues across C#, Vue.js/Electron, and .NET stacks on Windows and Linux, with exposure to Angular web apps.

You’ll work directly with client IT teams, implement fixes, write clear root-cause analyses, and contribute to documentation and tooling to improve deployment

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or similar.
• Hands-on C# experience with code, logs, and stack traces.
• Strong Vue.js and Electron diagnostic experience.
• Genuine working knowledge of Angular, sufficient to understand components and routing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients with app or deployment issues.
• Own cases from initial contact through diagnosis, resolution, validation, and follow-up.
