Placements24 is seeking an experienced Cleaning Services Manager for our facilities in Bloemfontein. You will lead a team of cleaning staff, develop and implement cleaning protocols, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain high environmental standards.

This senior role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep knowledge of sanitation best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a cleaning team effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices in sanitation.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and budgeting skills.
• Ability to problem-solve effectively and make informed decisions for operations in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities
