Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, materials and equipment including safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of janitorial staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet facility standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, place orders, ensure cost-effective usage.
