Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning.
• Experience managing cleaning operations for commercial or residential properties.
• Excellent understanding of cleaning techniques, products and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and manage a team effectively.
• Certifications in cleaning or facility management are advantageous.
