Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or coordination role within janitorial or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily janitorial activities, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standards for various areas of the facilities.
• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as needed and ensuring proper storage.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor janitorial staff, providing guidance on procedures and safety protocols.
• Liaise with other departments to address specific cleaning or maintenance needs.
