Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior management role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operational budgets.
• Degree in Business Administration or Facilities Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for cleaning operations to meet business objectives and enhance service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams across multiple sites.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control for all cleaning operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing best practices.
