Qualifications

• Previous supervisory role in cleaning industry.

• Understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily cleaning staff activities to ensure high standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and team assignments.
• Inspect premises regularly and address cleaning or maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure stock levels and storage.
• Train new staff on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
• Enforce health and safety regulations within the team and workspace.
