Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous for project leadership.
• 10+ years in civil engineering with 5+ years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil infrastructure projects in the George area from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Oversee site operations ensuring safety, quality standards and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers and authorities for progress.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage budgets and control costs to ensure profitable delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues during construction.
• Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders in the Western Cape.
