Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional registration with ECSA as Pr. Eng.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil infrastructure projects from feasibility to handover.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Administer construction contracts and manage variations.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, site staff, and contractors.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor performance.
• Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies on site.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and financial forecasts.
