The role focuses on the design, planning, and execution of municipal water, wastewater, and road projects, from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with environmental and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of municipal project experience, Pr.Eng registration with ECSA, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.
• Pr.Eng registration with ECSA is essential.
• Proven experience in municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, roads).
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of municipal infrastructure projects (water, sanitation, roads).
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and environmental impact assessments.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Manage project lifecycles, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with national, provincial, and local regulations.
• Liaise with clients, municipal authorities, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and provide site support.
