Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional registration with ECSA as a Pr. Eng or eligible for registration.
• 8+ years of post-graduate experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant structural analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of South African building codes, standards and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and development of civil infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, water, and wastewater systems.
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
