Job summary

Communicate Recruitment seeks a Civil Engineer with 5+ years post-registration experience to lead municipal services and civil infrastructure projects in Cape Town. You will manage full lifecycle from feasibility to close-out, liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in municipal services and civil infrastructure
• Project leadership and client/stakeholder liaison
• Full project lifecycle management from feasibility through to project close-out
• Experience with tender documentation, technical specifications and project reports
• Strong contract and project management experience advantageous
• Experience liaising with clients, contractors and local authorities
• Ability to lead, support and mentor junior engineers
• Strong leadership, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS Office
