Job summary

Communicate Recruitment seeks a Civil Engineer with 5+ years post-registration experience to lead municipal services and civil infrastructure projects in Cape Town. You will manage full lifecycle from feasibility to close-out, liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities, and mentor junior engineers.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS Office is required, with strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills to deliver on-time, on-budget projects for
