Job summary

Together Staffing group seeks a Municipal Engineer/Technologist in Cape Town to design and manage municipal infrastructure projects, including roads, stormwater, water, and sewer systems. You will prepare designs, drawings and reports while coordinating with authorities and teams through project lifecycle.

The role requires at least 5 years in municipal infra, BEng/BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering, and registration with ECSA; proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in municipal infrastructure
• Education: BEng/ BSc/ BTech in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience designing roads, stormwater, water and sewer networks
• Registration with ECSA
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and related design software

Responsibilities

• Design and manage municipal infrastructure projects including roads, stormwater, sewer, and water systems
• Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and technical reports
• Oversee project planning, coordination, and delivery from concept through to completion
• Liaise with municipal authorities, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure projects comply with municipal standards and regulatory requirements
