You will deliver BIM-enabled projects using Civil 3D, guide multi-disciplinary teams, contribute to proposals, and maintain design quality while balancing commercial objectives; willingness to travel across SA, Africa and Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional registration with ECSA as a Pr Eng.
• Approximately eight or more years of relevant consulting design experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and BIM-enabled project delivery.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across regions.

Aufgaben

• Lead civil infrastructure and site development design packages, including bulk earthworks, water, sewer, stormwater and drainage systems.
• Apply sound technical judgement to resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Guide project teams and support skills development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate designs with colleagues across disciplines and regional offices.
• Deliver work in BIM environments, using Civil 3D and other engineering software to improve coordination and design efficiency.
• Contribute to proposals and work-winning activities.
• Maintain design quality while considering commercial objectives and project delivery requirements.
