You will be responsible for ensuring project success from conception through to completion, managing teams, liaising with stakeholders, and upholding the highest standards of engineering excellence and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and project management of diverse civil infrastructure projects, including roads, stormwater systems, and water/wastewater networks.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and impact assessments for proposed developments.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents using CAD and relevant engineering software.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Liaise effectively with clients, government authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional registration with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) as a Pr. Eng.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.
