Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design with emphasis on urban development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant hydraulic modeling software.
• Solid understanding of land development processes, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities
