Placements24 is seeking an experienced Childcare Center Supervisor in Randburg to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure high-quality childcare. You will ensure regulatory compliance, develop curriculum, manage budgets, and foster a safe, engaging environment for children and families.

This leadership role requires a Bachelor's in ECE or related field, 5+ years in childcare with 2+ in supervision, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in childcare, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• In-depth knowledge of childcare regulations, licensing standards, and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of educators and staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local and national childcare regulations and licensing standards.
• Develop and monitor curriculum and activities to meet children's developmental needs.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
• Serve as primary contact for parents, addressing inquiries and feedback effectively.
