Placements24 is seeking an experienced Childcare Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff management at their Centurion facility. This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality childcare services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering positive relationships with parents and educators.

The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum development, staff training, and maintaining the center's reputation for excellence in early childhood education within the Centurion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in childcare.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in childcare management software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the developmentally appropriate curriculum and educational programs are implemented.
• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations, health, safety, and child protection policies.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, resource management, and facility maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and fostering positive partnerships.
