Qualifications

• Bachelors in Chemical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in chemical process engineering.
• Proven ability to design and scale up chemical processes.
• Experience with process safety management (PSM) and risk assessments.
• Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and commission new chemical processing equipment and systems.
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all chemical processes.
• Conduct regular process audits and performance evaluations to identify inefficiencies.
• Implement corrective actions to improve product quality, yield, and process safety.
• Manage process-related projects, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Provide technical support and training to plant operators and technicians.
