- 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance/engineering within chemical industry.
- Knowledge of SA environmental legislation (NEMA, EIA) and ISO standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental laws, permits and regulations.
- Develop and implement environmental management strategies and programs.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments for new projects.
- Monitor environmental performance indicators and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to integrate environmental considerations.
